I have an ecobee 4 wondering if there is any value in upgrading? If I do is it plug and play or will I need someone to program it.

Hi I have a personal email domain for my family. 6 mailboxes. We started many years ago before godaddy had office 365.

It used to be cheap and now incredibly expensive. I am wondering what good alternatives are ( I have heard zoho). How easy is it to switch and what are the downsides. Right now it’s like $700 a year for godaddy which is crazy.

Got to the train station before 8:00 am today and not a spot to be found. I ended up going to the back lot- all the way to the right and parked in a spot that was not a spot. I figured I would risk it as every day I see people parked in the main isles and never see tickets. Well got home and Bam $75 which was my fault. Just so mad because parking has been so bad in deer park there are never spots and the one day I take chance I get nailed. Having said that we really need a garage or more spots there. It’s crazy. Lesson learned

I current have a thermospas manhattan about 20 years old. My brother has an aspen 880 about 8-10 years old. He had it winterized a bunch of years ago and it’s been sitting. It has some water in it from the rain. He offered it to me for free. The tub was like new and hardly used but I am certainly concerned that rain water cracked pipes. So I am debating taking it and replacing my 20 year old tub. I will go and check it out maybe fill it up to see if it is working. Anyone have any advice for me on this? Do you think it’s probably cracked due to rain water intrusion? Also is it a good tub? Any advice ?

Need to get to nyc. Normally I am on the Ronkonkoma line. Was thinning that perhaps the best thing is to drive to citifield and park there and then subway to the city. Is this a viable option? Any other suggestions? Can you park there ?
