Basically, the title.

For context, I have Flins' signature weapon because I lost to it while pulling for Varka's signature. I don't have Ineffa or Columbina, but I'm wondering if pulling for Flins in the next update would still be a good investment. I love his design and character, but if he's eventually going to fall out of the meta because of Stellar reactions, it might not be worth it.

Also, as I mentioned, I don't have bineffa, and if I had to choose between the two, I'd rather pull for Columbina (I refuse to unlock Natlan just to farm for Ineffa).

Should I pull for Columbina now and then go for Flins in the next update, or should I just invest in Stellar characters instead?
