Best Hardcore Survival Mods for Vintage Story

Have gotten extremely into Vintage Story and after about 30 hours in my first world, fully vanilla, it's feeling way too easy.

I'd like to kick off a new world that is much more challenging, and therefore satisfying, rather than adding mods that just make things more tedious.

Would love to hear everyone's suggestions. So far I've got:

- Real Smoke

- Hydrate or Diedrate

- Soil Instability + Sticky Dirt

Will also be experimenting with enhancer mods like Rivers etc.

What are some mods that give VS more of a survival/hardcore feel?
