Question about used 2002 Bobcat 773G

I am looking to buy a used Bobcat 773G from a friend. It has ~1700 hours on. It came with the house he bought a year ago, so he has limited knowledge about it. He also is not very mechanically inclined. He had a full service done at the dealer a year ago and had anything they found fixed. It runs great.

The only thing that gives me pause is I noticed some oil film on top of the chain case when I lifted the cab up to inspect underneath. Didn't see any weeping or dripping hoses. No source of the oil stood out to me.

Maybe a seal is letting some fluid mist blow by, or maybe a clogged vent causing pressure?

I'm not well-versed in skid steers and any advice is appreciated. I just don't want to end up with an immediate large bill if I need to bring it to the dealer.

I'm very mechanically inclined, but these things are heavy and there are lots of tight spaces.

Had a plumbing emergency last night....

Soooo our galvanized drain pipes failed last night and I stayed home and removed it all. Part of it was redoing the plumbing under the kitchen sink. I added an air admitrance valve. How does this look? (I'm a land surveyor, not a plumber).

Any idea which Du-Al loader model?

I'm thinking about selling my loader off my Ferguson and not sure which model of loader I have. Any ideas? These are the only pictures I have at the moment. Can get more later if needed.

What species of *Rubus*? Found in MN near the Twin Cities.

I am a surveyor and was out...surveying, and found these. I can't pin down what species these are. Any help would be appreciated. I only snapped the one picture. Thanks!

Adenoid Tonsil Stones

Hi everyone,

So I have had the normal tonsil stones in the past and I don't really get them much anymore. But I'm pretty sure I have some adenoid stones (up where the nasal cavity empties into the throat). There's some gross tasting postnasal drip from it.

This is is an area that is not easy to reach with anything. Been gargling 50/50 peroxide and water in the morning and before bed. I just can't seem to get these things to dislodge.

Anyone have any experience with these? Not a lot of info out there. Thanks!

Anyone get a new well drilled recently?

Hi all! I'm having my well updated in about 2 months. It's in a block vault underground currently. I think it's from 1957.

Does anyone have a well this old that still has a good casing? It seems like our water is pretty neutral to even slightly basic.

Also, to anyone that has had a new well installed recently, what was the cost and depth?

Thanks!

2015 Transit 350 XLT

Hi all,

Had to replace the front passenger wheel bearing on our 350. Used aftermarket bearing from O'Reilly and sensor from O'Reilly. We initially got the ABS and traction control lights to clear with rhe scan tool. All sensor had same readings. After driving about a mile, the lights came back on.

Do I need to use an OEM sensor?

I read somewhere earlier about the OEM sensor having a different impedance. Any wisdom appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi all!

So I've set my C3D in the past so the function keys were set to individual osnaps (e.g. F3=End, F4=Perp). I've been trying to redo.my settings on a fresh install but it doesn't want to let me.

When I go into CUI and Keyboard Shortcuts, it will automatically add "SHIFT+F3" when I try to set as just "F3". This also does not work, as thay shortcut is already being used. Also, this is not a temp override.

I've never had an issue doing this in the past, and am confused why it's not letting me do what I want this time around.

Thanks!
