1991 corolla SR5 metal brake line replacement - recommendations?

Hi. I have a 1991 SR5 and the metal brake lines have a leak in the rear (driver side), it's dripping onto the parking brake cable. Seems to be some kind of rust hole because the dingus that replaced it last time didn't bother to coat them with anything. I can't seem to find anywhere that sells replacements for that part, and from what I can tell it's discontinued. If I have to bend lines for it myself, what lines and fittings should I use? I'm pretty new to mechanics and haven't done anything like this before, my friend is helping with the install but I need parts to do it. The availability for these things seems to suck. If anyone here has experience/recommendations for how/what to do this with I would really appreciate it, it's my first project car and I need all the help I can get.

Is my new SR5 welcome?

I got this in a trade today! Very excited to work on it :) It's a 5-speed manual, drives like a dream!

Learning to drive stick shift is a pain in the ass. Bringing this home, my friend and I accidentally drove past the Bear Mountain Car Cruise and people took photos of us. It's a real attention getter. I named her Helena

Photos taken on my Google Pixel 3A with a shitty clip-on macro lens. She was very inquisitive about me once she realized I wasn't going to eat her. I'm envious of her eyelashes...
