My third time making yogurt. First time doing a whole gallon. It smells fine. Is this how it is before it sets or did I do something wrong?

Followed same procedure as last two times.
•Heated to 190F, stirring the whole time.
•Let cool to 115F.
•Tempered half cup of plain full fat Chobani in a separate bowl with some of the cooled milk.
•Wrapped pot with four towels and stuck in oven for twelve hours.

The Chobani and milk were both brand new as I forgot to save some from last time. ETA: Whole Milk.

My other times making yogurt I put it straight into fridge still in pot to thicken for another day, but I don’t strain because we like the non-Greek style. As a result, I don’t know what it looked like between oven and fridge. This time I thought I’d ladle it into jars to get thicker in fridge because I used the big pot for a whole gallon which is why I took a look. And it doesn’t look right.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Which refinery is it? And who’s getting the chemical smoke right now?

My kid has been using these academic planners from Order Out of Chaos. I’m looking for a duplicate version that has what we need. The weekly page format is the most important feature.

He is a homeschooled 17 year old who will be a high school senior next year. He does some courses with me and some via dual enrollment at our local community college. In tenth grade he used the 8.5 x 11 OOoC planner that only had afterschool hours to schedule (picture one). He loved it, used it, and it really helped him. All his courses were at home though. 

So for last school year I bought him the smaller 8.25 x 8.5 version (picture two) OOoC planner that could schedule all day because he had dual enrollment classes. It really didn’t work out as well though because the spaces were too small to keep track of all his reading and assignments. Also, he needed the extra line of subjects.

This year, I’m wondering if I can buy either a duplicate style from another company in the bigger size or in a printable format? I can print the one with an all day schedule on 8.5 x 11 paper and then he can split the sixth subject box into two boxes for the easier requirements of electives. I’d either home punch or get it bound at Staples. It’s really not a big deal for him to have the ability to see the class names that the cover provides because he wrote the subjects alphabetically both years.

I have emailed the company directly to see if I can buy a pdf file but haven’t heard back yet. I basically want the layout of the small size with the space of the big size.
