I said something disrespectful to my bf now i dont know what to do
A little backstory me and my bf was talking from nov 2025 till feb 2026 and we had a fall out but reconnected in july, things were going great imo, we were communicating, hanging out really often but yesterday i thought we were just having a normal conversation but it felt off, i asked him what i did wrong he js dimissed it like he was teasing me, i get really worried then i said hes regressing because it was how we used to teased each other before. I know it is so so wrong and i hold all accountability for it. I apologized immediatly several times, but he is really hurt. he said he is going through a lot and he try not to show it and i feel awful, i can't even imagine how hurt he felt, all i want to do is be there for him but idk what to do, hes not replying no calls no nothing. I'm scared i dont want to contact him either in order to give him space but i really really want to explain myself i js dont know if that's the move. it didn't crossed my mind that he was not in the right state atm and i would do anything to fix it. pls help. what should i do now?
