With 4 floors (no lift🥲)
Owners live in 1st and 2nd floor; pretty chill
Room 1 is available from 1st July
Room 2 is available from 5 August
Additional option: Flatmate is okay with only 2 people staying and using Room 2 as storage
So rent evenly split will 13.5k
