I’ve tried to look online but see some older reviews and comments, looking for newer experiences.
My instinct says “scam” or placebo effect at best.
They’re marketed for weight loss, depression, and other mood disorders.
With how many weight loss pills and injections have come out lately, has there been any real results from these patches?
My son wants a Numberblocks backpack, and I figured I could do it myself. Honestly I don’t hate it. I think if I sew it onto the backpack it’ll look good enough and he’ll like it, but I still have a couple of weeks and if there’s a better way I would like to make it neater.
I like the black iris, but the red outline is messy and stringy. I cut out a big ring, then notched it inside and outside, sewed both inward. But you can see all the little strings hanging out. I’m using 100% cotton pieces from Walmart, and a basic string and needle set.
Using the embroidery ring just to keep everything as stable as possible. My plan is to sew the border on the inside circle onto the white background, then sew the outer circle onto the backpack
I listened to the audiobook so it’s very possible I missed something.
When Singer receives the coordinates of Trisolaris, he checks it out and sees that that star system has already been cleansed. I think he looks at the logs and sees that the coordinates were received before.
This time, he does some research and discovers the 3 communications between the Trisolarans and Ye Winje. And so discovers our solar system coordinates.
But why did he receive the signal again in the first place?
The deterrence signal only left the Gravity ship once, and no signal was sent from earth. Was it just some sort of echo? Or the previous cleanse wasn’t logged in or something? Or did someone else(trisolarans?) send it to ensure earth was also targeted and not missed?
Got the sheet Monday after school, for field day Wednesday. I went to two different stores looking for a boys or neutral plain purple t-shirt for my kid and found nothing. I don’t envy the hot pink boys.(edit: NOTHING WRONG WITH PINK! lol! Just think most won’t already have it, and it’ll be even harder to find than a purple shirt)
Rather than waste time I opted to dye an old shirt. Whoever came up with these colors must have been very creative, but didn’t put a lot of logic in their choices. It’s not the end of the world if a kid doesn’t wear the right color, but I still want my kid (who already struggles) to feel included and have fun.
Also “royal”….
Edit: turned out super nice. The final product is on my profile. Now I want to dye everything…
I live in an apartment, and my door is the only one in the building with a “No Soliciting” sign. You’d think they would see it and respect it. But no. And worst thing is it’s almost exclusively internet salespeople, when my rent already includes high speed internet that works great.
