Girls, this is my 911. My white flag, my defeat. I need a hairdresser who can look at my hair and tell me exactly what I need and give me a cut that makes sense. I’ve tried so many hairdressers over the years, the only person who ever gave me a cut I truly loved is my friend who is a few years dead now.

My hair is fine but I have a lot of it and is super malleable- I can go from light waves to curls (could be 2A, could be 3B). I need someone who can give me a cut but also help with care & product. I will straight up pay any amount of money for the right person. Please help!

As title says. I was on 150mg for 1 1/2 years, been tapering 25mg/month. Currently down to 75 and I swear my hair is getting worse…it’s almost surely from the lam with my timeline, all bloodwork is normal. How long after total discontinuation did it take to notice a difference? I am so stressed (which is surely making it worse).

Hey everyone, I’m begging for face wash recs. I don’t think I’ve ever had one that hasn’t irritated my face a little. I‘ve stuck with Vanicream for a couple years now and I swear to god it’s making my skin worse and possibly contributing to breakouts. There are so many recommendations on this sub and it seems the the only one many people agree on is Vanicream- except I swear my skin hates it. My routine is minimal- sunscreen in AM, lowest % tret & moisturizer (feel the same about moisturizer as well but whatever). Any help is appreciated!

Hi ya'll! Amateur laundry girl here, learning all I can from this sub. Just discovered the evils about harm & hammer free & clear, which is what I've always used. However, I see biz and tide powder isn't recommended for black clothing...but that's all I wear. Does anyone have any suggstions?
