We bought this house and lived here since last November, two days in the previous homeowner came and dropped the last spare keys and we exchanged numbers incase we had further questions about things in the house.

So started the mail, him and his wife would get letters, mainly from the Revenue, I would text him and he would get them, after a while it was fine but it’s started to become quite consistent, he would say “aw I’ve changed the address but they keep sending them here”.

It’s now August and still we are getting their post to our house after they claim they have changed address.

Now personally, I think he has never changed the address and lives in the North (we are close to the border and in discussions I think I’ve deduced he has a home across the border) so they let their revenue letters come to to our address as an Irish address.

While it’s a minor thing, I paid money to own the house and I don’t like the thought of him using it as “My Address Pal”

Is my suspicion correct? And also, should I just get over it and let him call over now and then to grab his mail?

They actually get more mail to our house than we do 😅😅

This is a disgrace, passed 2nd July, had to provide medical report so by the time I had that, I had to apply on the 7th July, they came back with some lame excuse asking "did I get my report over the phone or in a practice" of course I did it in person, I obviously responded to them immediately and it restarted the timer again.

I feel they just gave me some lame excuse to kick my application down the road, this is a disaster of a system

Hello, I have AIB 360 invest and I put a portion of my wages into it, while it has gained, it's not a lot more than what I've put in, maybe 2-300 more. (Just over a year)

I am on risk level 4, I am wondering if anyone in this group uses this and if so, what level are you on? I feel like I wouldn't mind keeping a portion of the installments into level 4, while also maybe putting an additional amount at higher risk.

I thought it was 10am Irish time and stupidly missed out on buying tickets I could cry
