Gained 13 in less than a month

This is happening so much quicker than I thought it would. I’ve been eating so much more this past week bc of my cycle starting. The food noise is so back. I started in October 2025 at 268. Took me 9 months to lost 40lbs. Got taken off cold turkey due to medical and insurance reasons. And I’m sliding back exponentially.

I’m hoping to start working out next week. I know I should’ve been doing it all along but I have really bad anxiety and executive dysfunction gnawing at me to stay home.

I gotta reconfigure my macros and make sure I’m staying full. I have a lot of food restrictions so I can’t eat what most would to stay full (whole grains/legumes/seeds/many vegetables and greens).

Idk. I think I’m beyond help at this point and just need to white knuckle it on my own 😭

Being taken off Zep and nowhere near my goal.

So I discovered swelling in my neck the other day. My teledoc took me off my Zepbound immediately. I was on the highest dose. I normally would’ve taken my shot on Wednesday night. Now it’s Friday and the past two days I’ve eaten around 1500 calories which is too much for my metabolism. I already gained five lbs from my cycle and I’m scared of getting on the scale tomorrow morning bc of the way I’ve eaten already. And I know it’s gonna get worse as time goes on.

I started at 268 mid October 2025. The lowest I got to last week or so was 226. But then i weighed in at 231 the other day. Who tf knows what I weigh rn. I really don’t wanna know. My original goal was 210. I was being modest to make sure I met a goal for once. And now I’m moving in the opposite direction. Glp1 was the only thing that has ever worked for me. And now I’m done. My insurance was dropping me In September anyway.

Being taken off immediately because of neck swelling and vomiting.

Yep, so my biggest fear has come true. The whole reason I went an entire year before starting these meds is because I was struggling with the possible side effects. Thyroid issues/cancer/what have you. I was willing to deal with the minor stuff like nausea and vomiting.

But last week the whole right side of my neck was sensitive. No redness, the skin just almost felt like sunburn sensitivity or something. I just figured it would subside. It did go down some….but while stroking my neck, I felt some minor swelling in the front and right side of my neck.

Also I had been vomiting more frequently since I started 15mg 2 months ago. But it really ramped up the past few weeks.

I reluctantly told my doctor these things bc I knew what the next steps were and I was right. Being pulled off the meds immediately and have to go see a doctor in person to inspect my neck. I use teledoc appts bc I’m scared of hospitals and doctors and basically just leaving my house to do those important type of things.

Idk. I’m just venting and scared. The teledoc was like “just bc there’s swelling in your thyroid area doesn’t automatically mean cancer, so try not to think about that”

THATS ALL I CAN THINK ABOUT 😞

Heyyy! I’m dysfunctional and need help!

Hey everyone! So I’m a bipolar depressive, anxiety-ridden, type 2 adhd’er.

I struggle massively with chronic fatigue and executive dysfunction. I’m on psych meds. But my adhd is untreated bc my dumb body can’t handle stimulants.

My problem is I can’t seem to do anything. Like even getting out of my bed for the occasional wake n bake seems like so much work. My alarm goes off at 10am and I’m usually in bed til around noon.

I want to go to the gym so bad and I REALLY need to. I have anxiety about how I look and how to use the machines. I know I get an assessment. But I just can’t even seem to go swimming which is why I joined that gym in particular. I loved swimming when I was younger. I went ONCE since I’ve had my membership. So much fun but also worried about how I looked the whole time (there’s a giant window that the gym-goers can overlook the pool)” as they workout).

I also struggle with cleaning around the house. My partner leaves just as much clutter as I do, so it gets overwhelming and I don’t know where to start. My whole apartment needs to be done.

Thanks for reading this far if you did, any positive advice is welcome.🙏

Told my mom I might be in peri, she blamed my itchy ears on allergies….

So I googled it and sent her a screenshot of the explanation on why we get itchy ears. I was like it’s not allergies! I don’t get allergies. I’ve been sticking my fingers in my ears for the past year 😩

Anyway. I was like yea, we (me and my close cousin who’s the same age) were never told about this! And my mom said she never knew it was a thing. Only menopause. And that she’d ask her circle of girlfriends if they ever heard of itchy ears. I said they’re not gonna remember it was like 20years + ago for you guys.

I was never afraid of aging until I learned about peri.
