We believe these are Juliana, but have not been able to fully verify through the Juliana website or books. If we had to guess, we think they are, due to the following iron clad known attributes: four clover design on the clip backs and heart scrolls with subtle texture. In addition, this size, color, cut and shape of rhinestone was used in many authenticated Juliana pieces

The bracelet was a featured advertisement piece.
