Tried this dish at a Thai Festival in Korea. The meat is fried pork and the sauce was spicy but very refreshing and super delicious. I want to try making it at home.

Last night I decided to re-wash my hair and try using only these products plus shea butter. I washed my hair with the old twist then went row by row detangling and apply products. I applied the aloe Vera product first then brushed through my hair, applying the oil mostly at the root area and shaft, focusing the Shea butter on the ends. Today, my hair is still bouncy and not dry. Sometimes I’ll apply product to my hair and the next day, it’s dry as hay but today is different. I use the tonic on my scalp, since moving here I’ve experienced extremely itchy scalp. So much so, I scratch until I’m so sore. I had braids last week, only used Dax for “hold”, my scalp itched so much I have lost hair in certain spots. Anyhow, the spray is a temporary solution that keeps my scalp from itching like crazy. Think I’ll switch to washing twice a week now. Washing is the only way my scalp will stop itching along with the spray.

I started eating meat when I came to Korea. Still not a big fan of pork, the taste is too strong for me. But the beef was AMAZING! 🤩

I got jumped last time because I didn’t know the location so I added the map for reference. I went for a drive today. It’s so beautiful out here.

Went to the Thai festival at Cheonggyecheon Stream today. It’s my second year attending.
