Trying my best to give context here, I (33M) and my partner 30F. We have been in relationship for 3.5 years, she's a doctor and I have a business.

She was initially hesitant to commit because she came from a conservative background but later asked to get married.

Her family was very much against and got her married to someone else , she managed to get the whole thing annuled and her parents also regretted.

Later she made me meet her mother and brother and they really liked me. Subsequently she met my family too and everything was going great.

But after her pg exams, she got free and realised she had lot of trauma of the whole thing. She also had some issues where she wouldn't communicate for a week and then once processing it things were normal

She moved to a nearby city, and have been struggling mentally (the guy who she married also moved to smae hospital different department which has also triggered alot of depression)

She says she's been trying but her mental bandwidth is very limited to love.

What do I do now, im soo disturbed
