Started sewing with fishes. Basically it's just extremely direct patchwork (just not geometric) with some sashiko as decoration. All hand sewn because I can't handle sewing machine. Fishes are: Pacific Pollock, Sunfish, Carp Koi and Salmon.

I'm just told to feed them and that's about it. There are like 50+ of those.

Started making fish patches with some sashiko embroidery as a means to diversify my skills and lessen anxiety about sewing. In my opinion, they turned out mostly fine, but there's quite a lot to be learned (like "have at least one dark color in a fish if you're making bright one" or "drop your ideas of how fish are supposed to look if you're doing fish with weird shape", as well as "round fish are hard to sew"). Fishes are: Pacific Pollock, Sunfish, Carp Koi and Salmon.
