I have Schrödinger's broken nose and I'm adrift

I was in the club until last week, aged 41, until I faceplanted in the car park while running to catch my parents before they drove off. Didn't think I'd broken a bone, but when the swelling went down, the side of my nose started crackling when touched. ENT says it's 'probably' broken but as it's straight and not deformed in any way, they're not doing an x-ray.

I'm so disappointed to be unable to claim neverbrokeabone, but not be verified beyond doubt. :(

Any tips on bike networks in CS2?

I got Cities Skylines 2 a few weeks ago; bikes were a must for me before purchase...!

I'm struggling a little with bike networks. Obviously, bikes behave very differently in CS2 than CS1, being as they path more like cars than pedestrians. I'm kind of struggling with how to keep my bikes efficient. I know that you need a lot of bike parking to encourage use, but I'm having issues like bikes clogging up roundabouts, bikes pathing in weird ways to access a bike shelter, and difficulty coordinating the shared bike/pedestrian path. I've been dabbling in Road Builder recently and it's.... not helping.

I do use Left hand traffic, as I'm in the UK and it's what I'm used to, but I'm not sure if that's messing with the bike traffic somehow.

Anybody got any tips or tricks on creating effective bike networks in their cities?

Both of my cats went together today. River and Harry. I'm lost without them.

By horrible coincidence, both of my cats came to the end of their lives today.

River (the tux) was in heart failure for over a year. She did so well, but her kidneys finally gave out. Harry (black) developed nasal cancer at the start of the year and the fight was becoming too heavy, not responding to treatment.

They went together. I held Harry, my partner held River, and the vet kindly sent them on their way.

They both had such different personalities. Harry, my velvet boy, was such a sweet natured soul. The brown blanket in the first picture, that's his sookie. Every evening he would sit on it, on my lap, kneading and drooling onto it. At night he sprawled on top of me, on the covers. He sat in the window at all times of day or night, keeping neighborhood watch. Even with the curtains closed, he would stick his head through the gap and spook passers-by. Bless him, though, he wasn't the smartest. You had to close the curtains in the right spot, or he would keep pushing his head against the fold of the curtain.

River was highly opinionated, a food-stealing diva, absolutely understanding the word 'no' and choosing to ignore it. If there is a screen, she will be between it and my face whenever possible. Laps are not for her; she would sit on my arm and shoulder every night on the sofa. I have a nose piercing, but I've had to wear studs for years since she realised she could hook the ring with a single claw and pull on it, as a wake-up handle for breakfast in the morning. She would snuggle my partner in bed every night under his armpit, and if he turned to snuggle me instead, she would paw at his neck until he turned back to her. She had the most expressive face I've ever seen on a cat.

It's been seven hours and we miss them both so much already. We gave them as peaceful a death as we could, at home on the sofa with a visiting vet. But it doesn't make it hurt any less.

Thanks for your time in allowing me to tell you about them, however briefly. The house is quiet and our hearts are broken.
