My Idea: The Northern Vengeance and the Bloodier WOT5K

Basically in this fic Arya doesn't escape the red keep and ends up a hostage with Sansa, However she's still defiant and Joffrey (who in this fic is somehow more psychotic) ends up executing Sansa and Arya along with Ned.

This results in Robb and the rest of the northern forces skipping the twins and rushing south, ignoring the siege of Riverrun and going straight to the green fork. Tywin ends up dying and all the western hostages end up getting executed (This includes Tyrion) (It's a bit OOC for Robb so im thinking of having Roose have them executed instead, but im not sure just yet) this ends up having great consequences leading to a bloodier WOT5K.

I've figured out the majority of the Riverlands/Westerlands plotline, but im still figuring out the Renly/Stannis stuff and kinglanding. The ironborn and the rest of Westeros are a nightmare as well.

What do you all think and what ideas do you have? I'll be happy to see any suggestions.

Hee Hee and Ha Ha really annoy me

No hate to the Voice actors, who are obviously Jess and Jason's kids.

These characters really annoy me, they dont really add anything to the plot in my opinion and dont really add much comic relief.

Also, like I said above, no hate to the kids, but was it THAT difficult to find proper VA's for the two because it generally takes me out when the two speak.

I get that Jess and Jason wanted to have their kids get involved and that is absolutely fine, but I think making them voice pivotal characters was a mistake, a cameo or two would have been better.

Of course, this is my opinion and no hate on Jess and Jason for simply wanting their kids to get involved.

Your thoughts?

Controversies about Jason?

So I've been out of the loop regarding any controversies with Jess and Jason and all that for a while now, but lately I've seen some comments about Jason being abusive. What is that about?. I know about the whole "Jess lied about her age when she first met him" thing so what's this new thing?

Edit:I know it's been disproved, I just want to know what it is?

[Spoilers main] Why Wasn't Kevan made Heir to Casterly Rock?

Art by Mathia

What do I mean?

So obviously Tywin despised Tyrion and didnt want him turning Casterly Rock into his whorehouse. Tywin was obviously delusional and stupid enough to think Jame will give up the Kingsguard (A institution that is for life, with the only known ways to get out of it being taking the black or dying, with Barristan getting dismissed being unprecendented) so why didnt Tywin name his trusted and loyal younger brother as Heir at least until he could get Jaime of the guard (Cersei doesn't count since Tywin is a misogynistic asshole and definitely would not want Casterly Rock being ruled through the female line)

A big reason is probably ego. Tywin doesn't care about House Lannister itself, he just cares about HIS line, HE needs to be the mythic ancestor who led house lannister to greatness. There's also the possibility that Tywin simply saw Kevan as a servant to be bossed around.

What are your opinions?

[Spoilers main] Why didn't Tywin marry Jaime to Elia?

I understand not wanting Cersei to marry Oberyn, a second who stands to inherit nothing but why not Jaime and Elia?. Was he just prejudiced against the Dornish or was the Lysa marriage already planned?

What if a body swap episode did happen?

Art by Casual_Manticore

How do you think each member of the circus would react to being bodyswapped. How would they adapt to their new bodies?

Just note Pomni - Jax - Gangle - Pomni. Ragatha- Kinger - Zooble - Ragatha.

Did Jax hate Leeroy?

What do I mean?

Imagine it from Jax's perspective. They just found out that their entire reality is a lie, all their memories pre circus aren't even theirs. Considering this is Jax aka someone who refuses to accept responsibility for anything. Jax definitely then lost all guilt for possibly killing their mother and all that. However Jax could have hated Leeroy for basically forcing him to exist. Without Leeroy's memories, Jax wouldn't have to deal with all the negative memories of her childhood, that night, the gender dysphoria, the guilt. Of course this isn't Leeroy's fault but Jax needs to blame someone.

I dont think I explained that well but what do you all think?

No arguments!! If someone has a different opinion, dont be a dick.

[Spoilers main] Regrets on the deathbed: Jaehaerys Targaryen and Hoster Tully

So I just had a great realisation. Jaehaerys and Hoster are very similar characters.

Both were abysmal parents to their daughters, (Saera and Lysa) (who both ended up pregnant with bastards (Though Lysa never got to term, unless you believe in the sickly mockingbird) so much that they were estranged from them for the rest of their lives.

Both were estranged from their siblings (Rhaena and Brynden) and both of these siblings are likely gay (Jury's out on Brynden but I think so)

Both outlived numerous children (albeit Hoster lost his prematurely, though Jaehaerys had that problem as well)

Both died as old men in their bed regretful of their treatments of their daughters.

Jaehaerys: "Ser Otto's precocious fifteen year old daughter, Alicent, became his constant companion, fetching His Grace his meals, reading to him, helping him to bathe and dress himself. The Old King sometimes mistook her for one of his daughters, calling her by their names; near the end, he grew certain she was his daughter Saera, returned to him from beyond the narrow sea".

Hoster: "That stripling ... wretched boy ... not speak that name to me, your duty ... your mother, she would ... Oh, gods forgive me, forgive me, forgive me"

Do any of you think there's any correlation or no?

[Spoilers Main] How is Daemon Light and Dark in Equal Measures?

This post is about Book! Daemon, not Show! Daemon who is significantly more fleshed out.

As most probably know, GRRM has described Daemon as "Light and Dark in equal measures" when Daemon is mainly portrayed as a (In one of my favorite ASOIAF youtubers phrasing) As a "Hotheaded, arrogant, bloodthirsty, lecherous nonce" -my source:everything Book Daemon has appeared in.

What are your thoughts on this topic. NO ARGUMENTS, IF SOMEONE HAS A DIFFERENT OPINION THAN YOU, ACCEPT IT.

Your Pitches!!

Imagine this scenario, if you will. Your an up and coming animator/writer/artist/overall creative person when you get the opportunity to pitch your own show for Glitch productions.

What are your imaginary pitches?

INNOWAYSHAPEORFORMAMIAASSOCIATEDWITHGLITCHPROFUCTIONS,THISISJUSTFORFUN.

Also not to be buzzkill, but can these be serious pitches, as in they actually have thought (your not limited by genre though!, You want to pitch a romance show, pitches a romance show, or a comedy, whatever you want!) rather than just memes.

No bullying or making fun of other ideas either. I want this to be a supportive environment.

[Spoilers Main] Which Targaryen kings fathered Bastards.

Questions up there, Which Targaryen kings do you think fathered bastards. Only talk about kings, other Targaryens (Baelon, Daemon, Aemon the Dragonknight, etc) aren't part of this discussion, that's a different post altogether.

Converse!!! But be respectful, if someone has a different opinion dont be a prick.

Edit: Obviously Aegon II and Aegon IV are obvious, discuss least obvious ones just so interesting conversations can happen.

Daeron the Miss...I mean Daring

Art by Lopata Four

I know this has been complained about to death, but I find it so annoying that we are just now getting Dareon (and even so far in S3, they have kept him from sight)

Daeron is a Targaryen for Seven's sake!, y'know, the main family of the damn show!!. I could maybe understand season 2, but come on! At least introduce him in season 1, even as just a child.

Im just worried Dareon going to be wasted, since I do think Tumbleton is happening this season.

I feel like one of the only people who's enjoyed the show the entire way through but some changes *cough" Allicent, (the actresses are excellent, but some baffling decisons have been made) *cough* Nettles, have just baffled me.

Tyland's fate

Art by Lopata_four

So obviously Tyland was just pushed off a boat into the sea in full plate armour and now im worried how the show will end up adapting the hooded hand arc.

I did see the somewhere the possibility that Tyland will just end up narrowly surviving and getting taken captive by whatever Velaryon ships remain.

Also im worried that Rhaenerya won't have Tyland tortured and instead, it will be someone (Daemon or Myssaria) else who will order it with Rhaenrya somehow not knowing.

What are your thoughts?

[Spoilers Main) The Dragonseed's parentage

Art by Enife

We all know Targaryens like to f%£^ around a bit, and this has resulted in numerous bastards, we know of only a few but not their exact parentage. Here are my theories.

Addam and Alyn: They are obviously Corlys' bastards (and honestly it was a scummy thing of Corlys to throw his dead son under the bus) Addam probably managed to bond with Seasmoke due to Corlys descending from Targaryens, but I do like the theory that their mother is a dragonseed herself.

Hugh Hammer: Hugh is said to be a blacksmiths bastard so it could just be he's descended from Targaryen lord from before Aegon I.... but that's boring so instead I think that Hugh is Gael Targaryen's bastard instead, we all know that Jaehaerys was not the best dad to his daughters and I could see him faking his bastard grandson's death in stillbirth (which led to Gael offing herself by the way) and dumping him onto some poor sod from Dragonstone. (I know HOTD made Hugh Saera's son, but I dont think that works for the books)

Ulf White: Honestly the Gael idea I outlined above could be Ulf's just as well as well as Hugh's but I do prefer using the HOTD idea that Ulf is Baelon the Braves bastard, Probably fathered after Alyssa died because she definitely would not have taken that crap. Baelon could have took a women for a lover when he was prince of Dragonstone, he definitely had the personality to and was probably mourning his beloved sister/wife (Ew)

Nettles: I have two ideas for Nettles' Valerian ancestry, She has none whatsoever or is Daemon's bastard. (I know, revolutionary) I do lean more on Nettles being Daemon's given their interactions that are recorded, though I do believe you dont need Valerian ancestry to ride dragons (See Euron Greyjoy and possibly Tyrion Lannister (WHO IS NOT A TARGARYEN BASTARD!)

TWO EXTRAS!

Trystane Truefyre: I do think Trystane was likely Daemon's bastard rather than Viserys's. Trystane's age lines up and Daemon definitely had bastards in the gutters of King's Landing.

Gaemon Palehair: Gaemon was most definitely Aegon II's bastard son, not some lyseni oarsman. Aegon had a reputation for fathering bastards and Aegon (who was not a very merciful king at this point) spared the child, so I do think Gaemon is Aegon's.

What are your ideas about the dragonseeds's parentage's?. I know alot of my ideas aren't that original, but their just my two cents.
