I'm still extremely new to MMD and I found an effect I love a a lot (msToonCoordinator) and would really like to apply it to my model. I've tried following a tutorial, but my lack of knowledge regarding pmxeditor and editing the textures means I'm struggling a lot.

Are there services out there that edit and re-texture the model for you, or is this just something I have to figure out myself? The light maps and editing the textures for the effect is what I'm unfortunately struggling with the most, and it seems like the most important step.

I'm still an MMD noob and I'm still figuring out what the program can and can't do. I see a lot of videos featuring animated backgrounds like this and was wondering if it's something that can be achieved in MMD or if it's an effect applied in editing? If it's possible in MMD, I'd love to learn how it's done and where I can find backgrounds like this
