I have decided that the Circlet of Human Perfection from Level 2 transforms the character who wears it into a version of their real human player put through one of those snapchat filters that make you pretty and/or handsome.
That's why the internet is bad now. Optimal information density in the internet was probably shortly before Facebook showed up. Which I guess means the MySpace days.

Is it good? I dunno, that's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is there are rules for making a vampire half-dragon minotaur wizard, and all sorts of other combinations. No homebrew required. Is it functional? Is it balanced? No idea. But the rules allow it, enable it, and I respect that.
