The 6 new stars represent the 6 new island groups, islands, and areas, which are Sabah, Minahasa (North Sulawesi and Gorontalo), North Maluku, Palau, the Spratly Islands, and Xiamen-Fuzhou & Zhangzhou & Shantou-Jieyang (Xiamen-Fuzhou & Zhangzhou & Shantou-Jieyang is one territory, not 3 territories), the red bauhinia flower represents Hong Kong, one of the new territories, and the blue star represents Taiwan, another one of the new territories, representing 8 new territories. I made the golden sun a bit smaller to fit in the new stars, and I decided to make the blue star more blue.
