Short Term Use?

I've been on a weight loss journey for the past 6 months and have successfully lost 35 lbs. The last month, I've been struggling a lot though. In the past, I've lost a similar amount of weight and gained it all back and then some around this time. Food noise has been loud, cravings have been intense. I've continually tracked all my meals during this whole journey. I've been working out several days a week. I have plenty of healthy, but still feel like I am really struggling when I wasnt the first few months.

I have been considering going on a GLP-1 for a few months as a trial run to see if it helps at all with the cravings and food noise. Has anyone been on it short-term as a way to Kickstart a weight loss journey, or like me, re-kickstart your journey. Thanks!

Hi everyone! I am going into teaching (starting BeD in Fall) and will eventually be taking FSL P1 because I want to be able to teach French. My question is, do I need to take the DELF or do unis all do their own proficiency tests for AQs? Also, would my french immersion certificate from high school (10+ years ago) count? I am trying to brush up on my French grammar to prep ahead of time. What other components are there?
