I started watching porn at the age of 12 and I can’t seem to stop my longest streak was 2 weeks. I usually start watching it again because of Instagram,TikTok and social media as a whole Ive tried to quit 200+ times but I always do it again Ive noticed that I only watch adult content on Reddit and nowhere else please tell me if there is a book,blocker,video or anything at all to help me with my journey to quit porn may god help us all.

Im a teenage male who is trying to quit but I just can’t it’s like I have 2 different people in the same body Ive tried to quit multiple times but I always do it once I see a post on the internet or pretty much anything involved with social media Ive tried to quit 100+ times and I tried to download apps,working out,not touching my phone but i always come back I have realized that the only place I watch adult content is Reddit so if u have any videos,advice,blockers,books anything that helps please tell me inshallah it gets easy for all of us.
