Choose Part D plan based on company reputation/rating

Myself and spouse need to choose a Part D plan for 2027. My PDP is being discontinued and spouse is switching to original Medicare plus supplement due to current advantage plan being discontinued. We have a choice of 4 companies, with various plan levels. Our local pharmacies (Hawaii Island) and PCP clinic does a poor job of managing prior authorizations, if anything at all is actually submitted by the pharmacy or clinic staff related to the PA (lack of staffing).
Beyond comparing premiums, covered drugs, and annual costs (which Medicare.gov will show us) how do we make a decision of which company to work with for Part D coverage based on reputation of requiring prior authorizations, approvals, and being able to speak with a live person in the US?
The company choices are, with a choice of a value (V), classic (C), and premier plans (P):
AARP United Healthcare V/P
Wellcare V/C
Humana. C/V/P
Healthspring Assurance (basic plan only)

Best Syringes to buy?

The syringes that arrived with my Refills order are two different “budget” brands and I find them uncomfortable. Are the BD (Becton Dickson) Ultra-Fine Insulin Syringes 31G 1cc 5/16" that I have seen mentioned in posts really more comfortable when injecting?
I recall that the syringes that arrived with my previous Mochi order were painless. Although, I forget the brand.

Upgrade two phones to iphone17

I wish to purchase two iphone17 for both users in my Visible circle. We each have separate accounts but I pay both plan bills. I want to use Affirm for both purchases and my credit (high score, low credit use). I am not able to add two phones to the shopping cart. Do I just create two separate purchases?

Replace iphone 11 rear camera glass

I thought this was a protector that I had placed on my iphone 11 and tried removing. Ive seen some videos where I need to heat this with a heat gun or hair dryer to melt the adhesive to remove the remainder. But where can I get the replacement? I am only finding the round lens covers but not the square glass. Thanks!

My ophthalmologist has been working with me to find the correct multifocal prescription over the past few months. I like the Airoptix MF because of their comfort. The current Rx allows me to read close from 12-18 inches. For distance I can see and read clearly for at least 30 feet. I can also sit at my desk and use my larger monitor sitting 36 inches away. My issue is that when driving distance vision becomes slightly blurry beyond 4-5 car lengths. Meaning I can still read street signs, but can not read a license plat of a vehicle 4-5 car lengths in front of my car. With my glasses on I have clear distance vision.

I only drive 1-2 times a week, in daylight, and always to places I have been before. I love not having to wear glasses at home or out in our property, and when driving not having to switch to glasses from sunglasses when going inside a store, etc.. I'm just wondering if multifocal lenses are just not capable of replicating the correction of my glasses for distance?
