What the hell is this

I had got the 75% scholorship and since i fall in category B or equitable scholorship that is non renewable and valid for entire 4 years. But here in my PAL it is showing only for 1st year?? Anyone else facing this issue? Kindly tell me whatever wrong with this

Need a bit of help

Me che Hp laptop [Elitebook i7 8 gen, 16gigs of ram and 256 ssd ] and i am willing to sell it for 30k because iam switching to Mac. But the real problem i have is that i am not able to find khareedar for my laptop. If possible please tell me if i have any other option.
