FortiGate 50G 7.6.6 HA Pair keep going into "Conserve mode"

Is anyone else having this issue or have had this issue in the past?

The firewall will show its memory at about 83 to 85% on the graph.

When this happens to it seems to kill routed network connectivity, I believe it's DNS that is handled by the Fortigate that is dying but I don't know that for sure.

I'm not the one troubleshooting it directly so I'm only getting some information. I do know this has happened before as well and simply restarting the active firewall allows the system to fall back to the secondary which doesn't have the issue for quite a while, but then it will come back.

USB-A for infotainment data connection, in a 2025 Camry, just why?

Saw this in the loner the GF was given while her 24 Tacoma was getting a warranty repair for a rear main seal.

This is a 2025 Camry, first year of the brand new refresh, and they decided to go with a USB-A data port for the infotainment connection, for things such as wired Carplay and Android Auto.

Yet they do helpfully provide you two USB-C to charge your phone.... That of course doesn't have data connections to the head unit... And are not even the 45 W versions that they use in other models.

🤦‍♂️

So I do currently have my Vantrue N4 Pro hardwired for both battery and accessory modes, But as I drive a 2024 Prius Prime, it's 12 volt battery is rather minuscule so parking mode does not last long at all.

So I'm looking for recommendations on a battery pack that I can utilize with the Vantrue N4 Pro as I'm pretty happy with the camera itself currently and I'm not really looking to pull the wiring out and redo everything.

Just looking at some recommendations, I did see the three listed in the community notes for this subreddit, but just looking for other options to compare with.

And I did see that some simply wire to the cameras negative, battery and accessory wires directly, Which looks to be what I would want and need.

Just a note to anyone wanting to use my room mode, which is in itself pretty awesome, but there is a small crevit, it does not function when the battery is already at 100%, it will not pull power from an EVSE, and it will leave you an accessory mode.

I was a little surprised, I've never tried to use it at 100% before, But we were killing time in the parking garage and I was still plugged up and attempted to get it into my room mode, but it refused, it didn't even prompt the option.

So this is just an FYI to everyone.

So starting this drive this morning, I was able to switch from the primary profile to the secondary profile.

But after switching drivers I was unable to switch back to the primary profile because after typing in the pin number it comes up with an error of no network connection.

I can understand not being able to add a new profile with no network connection, but not being able to switch profiles is ridiculous, it should be able to utilize the last cached copy of the settings if there is no network connection to check for changes that may have been made on another vehicle.
