Anyone else’s Affirm suddenly super frugal?

Never missed a payment, always pay back early, and suddenly my purchasing power went from 5k to 0 everywhere. For reference I’ve had no credit score changes, 740+ on all 3 bureaus. Just curious if this is happening to anyone else, or if I’m in the minority here. I did however win a pretty large dispute with them recently and am concerned they’re now done with me since I was able to prove I was sold defective goods.

Opened A Card Dispute With Them

Anyone have any positive experiences? I have very strong evidence here with proof of a defective product, and proof they received my return and aren’t refunding it even though it’s still in their warehouse. They stated my dispute was provisional credit eligible (not that they gave it to me but I guess it’s information). Ultimately Just curious on the process here. reviews seem like a pretty mixed bag, but with all the evidence I have I’m not really sure how they could side with the merchant here. Also not sure how long it’ll take. Not necessarily in a desperate financial situation but don’t want to be out the amount of money. Will likely be suing affirm and the merchant if it’s denied.

TLDR: any dispute successes? For disputes with proof of wrong doing?

Got sent a defective desktop, now struggling to fix it.

Already spent $2100 just on the PC see link. Best Buy sent me a defective pc, tried to return it and they denied it. (In the dispute and legal processes but that’s not why I’m here). I’ve been running into multiple different errors, first was an inaccessible boot error. Did a complete windows reset from a flash drive, problem was solved for a few weeks. Now the memory is failing and am getting critical process died errors on startup. Upon memory testing I’m getting a code the signals the RAM is dead. With current RAM prices it’s gonna be another $500 to fix what maybe the issue or maybe isn’t. Very frustrating experience after having an omen laptop work so well for the last 8 years.

Just needed to rant but any suggestions on fixes or similar experiences let me know, just been a massive let down so far.

TLDR: avoid buying from Best Buy shipping, this whole thing could’ve been avoided if I just picked up in store.

Alright Here’s a New Error

Found out today the heated seats in the passenger and driver seat don’t work. Anyone else had a similar issue? How was it fixed? I have all the new software updates including the satisfaction recall.

An Update to my Last Post

For others struggling with the lobster issue and a flashing odometer, Stellantis is reportedly, according to my service advisor, releasing a new update to fix more of the EV Issues. December update didn’t fix the issues. Didn’t give me a date or time, just imminently. Here’s to another month in the dealer for 28.5k brick 🥂

Best Buy Sent me a Defective Computer, Refused to return in store, now being shipped back from the return center with no refund.

So I ordered and HP Omen 35L from Best Buy online and powered it up and got an error that the SSD was corrupted and unable to boot. When I went to return it in store, they refused to accept the return due to a “sku mismatch” and to mail it back in to the returns center. Annoying, but okay. I shipped it to them with all the materials it came with and I just got a notification that a package is coming from the return center it matches the PC I returned.

What do I even do here? Even with a “sku mismatch” that’s not my fault, that’s what was shipped to me. Do I even have any options left at this point to get my money back? Or am I just out 2.1k with a broken computer because of Best Buy’s error?

Had mine for 1 day and got lobstered.

Long story short, bought my 24 launch edition with 1.8k miles for 28,500. Drove it home, no issues. Next time I started it, I got lobstered and a flashing odometer. That was almost 3 weeks ago now. Cars been at the dealer since with very little progress from the EV tech and service advisor. Of course they had no loaners either so I’ve just been renting a car the last 3 weeks. Any one have any positive news about this car? I knew there would be issues, but I did a prepurchase inspection and my research and the car looked fine until it came home with me. Sucks, it’s a stunning car but I’ve just been waiting to drive it.
