Dealership inefficiency
Our car arrived at the dealership a week ago. Full payment was processed yesterday. No communication from the dealer at all. Called up today and I’m told that it will be another week at least. Apparently they are delivering 80 7Xs and there is only one computer which takes 8 hours to update software one vehicle at a time.
It seems Zeekr Australia and dealers are great at taking deposits for a car that sells itself but they are incredibly unprepared to actually deliver and service a high tech EV.
