Splitting the house non 50/50?

Long story short; im getting a divorce

We have a house together, 4 cats (one mine), a pig, and a dog. Yes a pig.

My soon to be ex-wife doesn't want to sell the house and doesn't have the financial ability to "buy me out"

I proposed a split of 3/4 all cash and fluid assets and 1/3 of the house (when sold). She likes this more than selling the house of buying me out of the house.

Is this something I can do? Like a contract that says she gets the house in the divorce but I get a portion of the house when and if sold?

Thank you in advance

Replacement Trigger For Saiga .223?

Im unsure how it happened but it did;

The trigger portion for my Saiga is super flexible, like real bendy, which prevents the whole mechanism from acting correctly

Due to the lay out, the B.A.D. Trigger doesnt work and I need essentially this.

Does anyone know any options?

Particularly options that arent this factory flimsy metal?

Thank you in advance

Lil Bass, Many Tiny Smelts

IB pier and light line.

Caught this one on a live smelt that was 2 inches long.

As soon as it bit it ran into a layer of weeds and I thought I was pulling the biggest fish of my life 😂

Favorite rod broke, but its an excuse to get a new one am I right?

Mitchell 398 Alu Reel

I scored this fishing reel on ebay for sixty dollars brand new

I didn't realize the HEFT and Size

What line capacity do you guys reckon?

I bought it on impulse because I wamted something saltwater with less maintenance needed,

This is arguably the biggest reel I own,

I'm probably gonna do 40 braid and 40 flu leader (about a yard or so)

▲ 13 r/Gin

As the title implies, i am reviewing Gins that friends bring over whenever they eat my food.

This all started because many people come over and don't know what to bring and I said "Just bring a bottle of cheap Gin!"

This has converted many people into gin lovers.

This bottle is in exchange for a Picaña dinner.

Vita Vera tastes pretty okay for the price range. It isn't my favorite or anything to brag or write home about.

I'd describe it as a vodka with some flavors added.

In comparison to other gin, like plain seagrams, it isn’t monumentally different. It is citrus forward and then the botanicals are washed out. No juniper at all in my opinion, just straight orange and maybe a bitter ish cinnamon/ clove ish

However, it did pair well and mix well with many things and was overall smoother than lower end and Gins in the same price range.

Slapped with POG juice, mango and citrus drinks,

For me it is a C tier, good to go somewhere with and show someone, forget it at a party, mixers and what not.

My current list in order from best to least liked:

Strange Nature

Oasium by Hendricks

Gun Powder Irish (blue)

Roku Gin

Empress and Empress Indigo

Prairie Gin

Plymouth

The botanist

Tanqueray

Midsomer solstice by Hendricks

New Amsterdam

Hendricks Plain

Bombay

Vita Vera Gin

Caught this on live bait, size 2 octopus circle hook, drop shot.

On the Ozark Trail Grit Stick and 2000 Kast King Brutus

As a heathen, I deep fried it.

Two lizzard fish and one bass

It wasn't a whole lot to show

Its not about the fish we caught

*but the friends we snagged along the way*
