The mmcs get mad over this, probably because their guilt is tickling their ass crack, and then it’s brought up that the third mmc isn’t here bc his dad has lung cancer or a lung disease

But then these TWATS have the gall to say

I’ve actually never wanted to jump through a page and strangle an mmc CUS WHAT DOES THAT MAKE HER? She’s human too, yet you’ve had no qualms when it comes to treating her like a dog, making her walk on all fours IN PUBLIC, treating her like shit and humiliating her. But now that she made a light joke about karma coming back to you, you’re on some “we’re humans too 🥺” BITCH I DONT CAREEEEE!

I remember reading {playing for the dark by Tilly ridge} and i really loved the book.

It had everything I look for
•top tier fmc (her style - she clearly had an alt vibe going and you barely see that in books tbh, her personality and she didn’t give off those vibes of “im not like other girls” you see in literally every fucking book)
•age gap
•diverse characters (black mmc, Spanish x country mmc im pretty sure he had a light country accent? I can’t remember, Italian mmc, 9 times out if 10 it’s literally just normal white people and they have no variety in the harem but it was so well done in this)
•stalking
•spectacular smut
•nice plot
•perfect relationship pacing imo
•it was dark and im a FEIND for dark romance, id like something darker tho

I’ve recommended this to almost everyone i know, its just that good

I actually liked the mm in this book because it most books it feels forced and it feels like they only add the mm element for the sex instead of the actual romantic connection but in this book but it was actually good, you could tell they genuinely had a connection.

BUT for these recs i would actually rather no mm, i wont particularly care if it has mm or not but i would rather not. I wont wanna miss out on a good rec just bc it has mm tho

I’ve been craving a really specific trope of the mmcs basically owning the fmc. I used to hate this trope but now I’ve been craving it for MONTHS and couldn’t find anything. I’ve been posting on here but I never posted anything about this trope and idk why

I want something like maybe they buy her or she signs a contract (like in {Saints and Sinners by Stacy Rush}) or she’s tied/bonded to them in some way and they’re super possessive BUT I don’t want pet play.

I’ve never understood mmcs who like to see the fmc scared or like to make her scared or “squirming”, I’ve never understood it. Like maybe it’s a kink thing but why do you enjoy seeing the person you’re romantically interested in afraid, especially in life threatening situations, or another situation is when they’re lowk sexually harassing/assulting the fmc and the fmc is scared like anyone would be in that situation and the mmc is like “she looks so scared, I’m loving it” bro what??? 😭 to me it’s just weird because you’re telling me I’m scared for my life because I’m in a situation where it’s life or death or I’m scared of YOU raping me and you’re getting off on it? Ok so I’m going to add some context, I usually shower at night, not morning, but during the weekends I tend to shower in the morning because I fall asleep before i can take my nightly shower. Today is Sunday and we have church, church starts at 10:30. I was in the shower at 7:44 because I always check the time before I enter the shower. We live 40 minutes away from church. This means we had atleast 2 hours before we had to leave because we could easily leave at 9:50.

Ok that’s all the context, I’m taking my shower, then I hear my mom yelling at me to be quick. I’ve been in the shower for less than TEN FUCKING MINUTES.

I yell back, telling her I’ve only been in ther for 6 minutes at most. She’s yelling at me telling be to be out in the next couple minutes, I’m like ok and I start speeding up.

TWO FUCKING MINUTES LATER, she’s yelling at me AGAIN that I’m taking WAYYYY too long so I’m assuming at this point that maybe I’ve lost the ability to guess how much time has passed and I’m yelling back that I’ll be out in a minute since I’m washing my face.

I come out of the bathtub and check the time. I’ve been in the bathroom for FIFTEEN FUCKING MINUTES. She was screaming at me like I’d been in there for 30 minutes, mind you it’s only 7:59 at this point, we’re not even going to be late.
