
I've had it with UniUni Delivery
I have had dozens if not hundreds of packages delivered by UniUni mostly from AliExpress at my home in Ontario Canada and I'm at my wit's end and don't know what else to do. The delivery driver just thrown my packages on my front porch in front of my door and leaves it there. It's four steps to a very busy pedestrian trafficked street.
I've had two packages stolen worth hundreds of dollars. I left work early once because I saw a $300 drone on my porch on my security camera. I have a large sign that says not to put packages there. I have a parcel box and a mailbox RIGHT THERE that if the driver can take 5 extra seconds to put the package in. If I happen to not be home, almost guaranteed my package will be stolen just because it's visible. I have spent hours wasting my time complaining 20+ times through emails, calls and online form. I've send videos and photos of the driver running up throwing the package while he takes a photo and takes off.
They always just say it's taken care of thanks for your feedback. Even once someone from 'Driver Escalation Specialist' emailed me. All these times not a single person did anything about it by either training the driver not to throw packages on my porch and leave them there in plain view, and/or disciplining him. I simply don't get it. No other delivery service does this - all the others take care and respect my property and put it in the provided boxes but Uni doesn't.
The kicker is that I just called today and asked to speak to a supervisor. They took my phone number down, told me someone would call within an hour and that was three hours ago.
What can be done about this?
Does anyone have any emails or phone numbers for UniUni executives or supervisors especially in Ontario Canada?
Is there a way to communicate to Aliexpress not to use UIniUni for last mile delivery ever again?
