I know there are 3d mounts on amazon but can I make my own non 3d? If I put a black piece of cardboard around the camera, making a round whole to fit , will that work?

I managed to track down an old pension that now is with Aptia. Before it was with Mercer, since they moved it to Aptia I stopped receiving yearly statements. Now I want to transfer from Aptia to Scottish Widows. Communication with Aptia is very poor. They told me I can't have an account login, they told me how much is in my pension pot but no way for me to check that . I don't even know if they charge for a transfer, does anyone know??? I did request a quote if there is one but they haven;t replied, it's been weeks. This company is awful

I've been reporting an account that everyday is posting posting very pornograhic images . I have reported several posts and the account, and yet nothing is done. Back in the day, posts and account would be removed, but now nothing happens, at least when I report it . Is it because I'm not verified my reports get ignored ??

Unfortunately any muted or blocked account shows up on search timeline . The ones with the blue badge . This is wrong , I don't want to see these accounts whenever I do a search . What's the point of this. These accounts are not important, they think they are because they have a blue badge. Anyone can buy one. Disgusting really

A couple of weeks ago, after an MRI , gynecologist said I should have a total hysterectomy and it was urgent , I have a bit of pain in the abdomen , had a hysterospcoy to have some some polyps removed, after that came the MRI results , I have fibroids, one as they called it is 'atypical' , ovarian fibroma, small lesion inside the uterine lining, diverticulosis .. because of all this I have the operation in a week's time. But since it seems a bit rushed to me, I went to see a private doctor for a second opinion, he said he didn't see any urgency in my case and he wouldn't have suggested a hysterectomy. He is going to try to book me for a MRI before my scheduled surgery so he can see himself and his team what's this all about.

Now I don't know what to think anymore, is he right? the hospital told me my operation was a a precaution and it needed it be done urgently . He said if I din't have the operation, I would have to regular scans every now and then...Of course I will wait for this second MRI if I still have time, if I don't have time, not sure what to do...

does the MRI results grant a total hysterectomy?? I'm menopausal already

Gynaecologist has decided a hysterectomy BSO is best for me. Total abdominal hysterectomy with a bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy 😫

I had an MRI that showed the following;

Uterus :intermediate fibroid restricting atypical, left ovarian fibroma

I also had a polyp removed and biopsy. Biopsy ok and blood test CA125 all fine.

My doubt is , isn't too much to have everything removed ? I only had a little pain in the abdomen. I'm menopausal

Doctor said as a precaution. I said yes, but I'm not sure now
