Does a shaft extension (official or third party) exist for the original CSL DD (with QR2)

I can only find ones for the more recent fanatec DD bases.

Current limit is 64 cars i think and thus the 24h event always feels pretty dull after the initial few stints.

what has to happen for the sim to support double that car count ? will the new graphics engine help us get closer to this being possible ?

Or is it something which doesn't look possible any time soon (within the next couple of years)

Im thinking of picking one of these up but im not too big on the idea of a USB cable, id rather just have a clean setup with the USB connection going through the quick release like on Fanatec, Moza gear.

Are there any wheelbases/QR systems that allow you to use this rim without having to attach a USB cable ?

What wheelbase i get is pretty much determined by whether this is possible or not.
