Model 3 lease pre-qualification
Thinking about leasing a m3 for a commuter car and went through the process to pre-qualify. Is this telling me I’d have to pay 900 a month or am I reading this wrong lol. I’m in my 20s with a credit score in the 700s for reference.

Is it normal for your background investigator to not communicate with you?
I sent an email to him a month ago asking if he was able to get a hold of all my references and asked how the background in general was coming along since he had previously told me some of my references hadn’t picked up when he called. I never heard back from him. I sent another email last week, but same thing. No updates on the portal either.

17 Pro Max got ran over and screen is completely destroyed
The phones barely a month old... The screen seems to be completely destroyed, it actually feels loose. Miraculously there's no other visible damage on the phone, it's not bent at all, not even any scratches on the body. It will connect to my Apple Watch when close by and when I plug it in the phone vibrates. I've been trying to add the phone to my AppleCare One plan on my MacBook but it says I need to do it from the settings app on the phone itself... Anything I can do or am I just screwed?
