8 yr education gap, 0 workex, UPSC preparation. Can I pursue study abroad for masters

My_qualifications B.Tech Electrical Engg.

I graduated in 2018. Spent all these years preparing for UPSC exam. This year I exhausted all my attempts and age limit.

I recall no knowledge of my graduation, and have a more generalistic outlook. I have no skills as of now. I have no workex.

Considering the state of global economy, job market saturation, forex issues and related stuff and my profile, is it good decision for me to get a master's abroad?

I'm more interested in management or some humanities courses.

Any guidance would be highly appreciated.

TLDR: 2018 EE graduate, 0 workex, 8 yr UPSC prep gap. Options available to pursue master's abroad, or is it worth it?

Job avenues from IFoS Pratibha Setu?

Did anyone receive any job call, or has any info wrt job avenues from IFoS via Pratibha Setu?

Also, can you please elaborate on the procedure, how much time after result declaration did you/ person in your knowledge receive the job?

Do the companies/PSUs/govt agencies approach themselves or one has to dig on the net for the openings?

Any info wrt this would be appreciated.

Alex Rudinger recorded this metal Rick and Morty theme (S3E8)

I simply revisited the theme, and was surprised to learn this fact, hence thought of sharing.

Why is my low E buzzing at 5th fret with a capo? The strings are tight at nut and bridge. Eb tuning. Is it the summer heat?

I've started to learn Bleeding Me. However on the second part of the riff, (5)(4)---(3)(2) slide is buzzing and doesn't sound good. How do I improve that?

Also, are the other parts played properly?
