I can play pretty lights out in Singles - get into the flow, bad throw I can forget about it quickly. Doubles I feel like Im standing around forever, waiting, people struggling with their math (we use chalkboards), people slow on purpose to ice someone....

How do you stay motivated in doubles?

Just want to know actual ways to get better if I can only climb once a week. I go to the gym and do different exercise to help. Is the next best thing hang boarding??
