How old is this kitten?? How do I make it poop???

Hello, I recently got ahold of this kitten, I've been looking for momma cat for a day now.

I am bottle feeding the kitten, but I am not sure how old he is. I was told by a cat shelter that he looked about two weeks old, but the cat has teeth and can walk.

Whenever I feed him, he chews on the bottle nipple. And every time I see his teeth I can tell he has canines, and the four little teeth in the middle.

After feeding, he starts to slap me with his paws and roam around, then after a few minutes he settles down.

Is he old enough to start switching to wet cat food??

And also, I have had him for about 20 hours and try to rub his bottom with a paper towel damp with warm water, but every time I do he doesn't poop and he freaks out and screams. I haven't seen the cat poop yet, and I'm about to make an attempt to get him a vet appointment at 5 to see if he is about to pop or something.

I have so many questions... can he poop by himself? Does he need bottle fed still?? How old is he? What else am I missing???

Please help me. I might reply to comments with follow up questions.

I found a kitten so young it cant sheathe it's claws yet. Read body text

I woke up to my brother telling me he found a cat under the porch, I went out and there was no other kittens, I have been looking for the momma cat for hours now. He is completely on his own and I don't know how he got here, I've been waiting because I was worried that the mom dropped it off here and went to go grab the other kittens, but there's no signs of other kittens or a mom.

The immediate signs that a kitten is being taken care of by its mom is it's quiet, it's well fed, and clean. This kitten had crusty eyes, was screeching at me, and was definitely hungry but not malnourished.

The kitten looks under 4 weeks old, it fits in my palm.

I don't know how to feed it, I will not give it cows milk because that's horrible for cats, My big sister bought it wet cat food, I fed it that but it's suckling on me, I think it's looking for somewhere to latch onto for milk : (

I would call a shelter, or look for someone who nurses cats, but the twist is my big sister wants to keep it. I can't argue with her and there's no changing her mind.

Did my septum piercing heal super fast or is it tricking me?

I got my septum pierced about three and a half weeks ago. When I went to go get it pierced I was so nervous because I heared from a friend that it was their most painful piercing they had.

But when I got it pierced, I barely felt the clamps, and I didn't even feel the needle go through, completely painless. My piercer told me that it would start hurting a few hours after my piercing, I went that entire day without even a sting. I haven't gotten any crusties, I couldn't afford the saline solution so I just use warm water every morning and night. I've accidentally full force smacked my nose and I didn't feel a single thing, I'm able to move it around painlessly, the only thing that I noticed is when I press on the tip of my nose with my finger it is a bit sore feeling.

I'm basically just wondering if this is normal, if this is temporary and later on it's going to hurt, and if my healing is going smoothly.

(I don't know a whole lot about piercings, please be kind)
