Got my conches punched to my goal size last Friday! Had them punched before and blew out one ear trying to size up so we just went ahead and punched it to my goal size. Stitches come out Monday so halfway there.
Got my conches repunched today! Had them originally punched to a 0g but one of them had a blow out after trying to stretch them bigger so we went ahead and just went for my goal size. Also had the blow out on my left lobe finally removed as well!
Took my 10’ 3 weight out today and hammered them. Was using a single nymph and caught over 20+ rainbows and a brown in the mix. Was about to leave and took a last cast and hooked up to a nice trout. Easily one of my better days on the water !
Took my euro nymph rod and reel out and caught over 20 rainbows and a brown. As I was leaving got this nicer rainbow. Definitely one of my better fishing days!
Took my tenkara rod and some small dry flies out and hit a small stream and had a blast. Caught 10 fish and lost a couple more.
