Hey y'all! I'm looking to get my tongue split for Christmas this year (I'm lucky enough to have a decent amount of off time for the holiday so might as well use that rather than my vacation 😅)

I'm located around St. Louis Missouri and it's extremely daunting and overwhelming looking into where I can go and how much it will be (I have limited knowledge in who and where does it lol)

I figured I'd pop in here and ask if anyone has any knowledge for a girlie on shops near my area🖤 thank you in advance!

I have consultation to see if it is possible to get a skull implant on my shaft.

I got the impression that its not something commonly done but that it is possible if my anatomy fits it.

So if i am in luck and my anatomy fits for a larger shaft implant

What are some good questions?

(If it happens it won't happen before October which is when he opens for doing beading but he agreed to do a consultation this summer in person since I live in a different country)

I’ve been interested in getting a coin slot mod for a while now but I’m having difficulty finding a professional who will do them in my area. I live in the Cincinnati/ northern Kentucky area but I’m willing to travel a couple hours out maybe to like Columbus/Louisville/Indianapolis. If anybody knows of somebody in these general areas let me know!

I’ve been trying to find someone who can do it for hours now but I can’t find an artist that’s touring in SF much less California does anyone know anyone who’s between SF and sac? Willing to travel obviously I just can’t find a shop hosting or able to do it. Thank you in advance

Have had my conch pierced for a little over 11 years & decided I want it at 4mm (eventually for a ring). Have heard all the horror stories …so started stretching with glass single flare for the conch and it’s excruciating. Super annoying. I know it’s different with cartilage (my lobes are at 1/2”) so I’m thinking I’ll size back down and do either a conch punch or a cut & suture. Any suggestions between the two? Is one better than the other? I’ve heard of cutting and suturing and then letting it heal naked is good. Might be easier to sleep on without jewelry but I wouldn’t wanna go thru the process if they’d close back up again.

Anyone have a copy of Meet Tommy or I Am the Strength of Art they’d be willing to part with for any amount? I’ve been keeping my eye on eBay to snag one but they never seem to come up and I really would like a copy of these!

I’m getting my first coin slot next month and I keep seeing some people say they had to stick gauze in the hole for the first x amount of days.
Anyone have to do that and care to explain the healing process so I can prepare

Thank you for the responses. I feel like my dentist was put off by the question and modifications because he didnt care to explain the issues.

Did splitting yours have negative effects on your teeth? I have been wanting it done for so long but my dentist said it has too many negative effects on your mouth and teeth. Just wanted to see other people's experiences with this mod.

Alright guys…I’m so confused! I’ve wanted a tongue split for years, have been researching for years, and honestly? I’m still stumped. I’ve seen a lot of opinions on different artists, great and terrible ones. Does anyone have any advice on who to go to?
