what torque converter?

I'm rebuilding my Dad's 99 GMC Sierra 1500. it has a 5.7 vortec and a 4L60E transmission. i replaced the engine (with 5.7). While the engine and trans was out (for a year or so) the torque converter went missing (still a mystery). I replaced it with a GM33cw torque converter but when i put it in gear made horrible noise it would move but felt like torque converter was slipping. I pulled trans back out and now wondering this is the correct torque converter . I see some recommendations for the GM92. Also wondering if i just didn't get a bad torque converter to start with. any advice would be appreciated this is driving me crazy!

So was "given" a pretty worn out tractor. It's been fine, but was loading a bush hog (pretty small) onto trailer and it wouldn't lift the implement and move at the same time. Unloaded bush hog, drove to shed and parked. Later wouldn't move. I changed hydraulic fluid and filter still won't move. I did find (attached pic) something broke off and was in the hydraulic inlet pipe block it, cleared that still no good.

This is a gst transmission and the 3 point hitch system was destroyed years ago and was basically welded closed...so was hoping that was a part of that system.

Any ideas? Not quite ready to scrap it yet !

Sorry posted earlier and my description didn't post...

1999 GMC Sierra 1500

5.7 vortex

4L60E

This was my Dad's truck the engine was blown and it set for a few years. So I replaced engine kept transmission, replaced flex plate and torque converter...also the starter.

But everything sounds good until put in gear then makes the noise you hear. Doesn't make noise in P or N, does in all other gears

Truck will drive (drove F and R about 50 yards)

In the video it's in R and when you hear me say "ok" it gets put in Park.

Any ideas?

I've removed dust shield, checked torque bolts, checked fluid.
