I've taken up flight tracking over the summer and love tracking university jets. Auburn's brand new N10AU jet flew yesterday from Auburn to Missoula Montana, today it flew from Montana to Reno.
Are they taking the grizzly bears gambling?
I've gotten into flight tracking over the summer. And have been trying to figure out reasons why official university jets are making visits. This morning Clemson's N934CT flew to Lansing MI, was on the ground for about 30 minutes and in now in route back south....probably going to land somewhere in North Carolina. Any ideas why?
Also not trying to dox anyone, so not making claims on anyone on board. Just trying to figure out what a publicly funded jet is doing.

Most of the official university travel I can figure out but these two in College Station have me stumped…
Tennessee: official UT aircraft N865UT flew Knoxville → College Station on June 19, landed at A&M’s Easterwood Field at 12:42 PM CT, stayed about 7h 14m, then returned to Knoxville.
Ole Miss: university-owned N1UM flew Oxford → College Station on June 20, landed 10:17 AM CT. In 158 prior trips, I found zero earlier College Station touches in the last year for N1UM. Raw ADS-B later shows it heading back toward Oxford.
