My partner and I are from Las Vegas. The normal structure we’re used to back home for giving out kandi is ✌️🫶 and interlocking of hand. The cupping of hand threw us off and almost everyone we’ve trading with has done it.
Is that a PNW thing or is Vegas just the odd ones out?

I am in need of a dentist bad and just got my first insurance. Would a normal dentist that takes Blue Cross Blue Shield accept my insurance? I’m having a hard time finding a dentist that accepts insurance with the word Excellus in it. I’m sorry for my ignorance. ):
