Reading text from images with OCR

Hi everyone,

Finnish is a beautiful language, and understanding it makes daily life in Finland easier and more enjoyable.

Sometimes Finnish text appears inside screenshots, photos, app screens, signs, letters, or messages, and you need to understand it quickly without typing everything manually.

I’ve been working on a simple smart tool focused on this exact use case: reading text from images with OCR and translating it instantly into multiple languages, with a Finnish interface.

You can try it yourself if you’re a student, tourist, visitor, or even if you need it for daily use, and share your experience .

i couldn't share it here . but if you want just search for it on Play Store "Smart Lens: OCR, kuvakääntäjä"

Smart Lens: Speaks Your Own Language

Smart Lens Tutorial

I wanted to share with you, my friends, my personal experience with the intelligent assistant necessity pushed me to bring to life.

I used to genuinely struggle with translating full pages, signs, or even the written instructions on some product packages in stores. I often had to type the text manually or search for it online. Or worse, taking clear photos of old or wrinkled papers.

I took a traditional OCR idea and built around it a structure of three engines: one with 6 smart and mathematical filters for OCR, another dual-core engine for translation, and a third visual mathematical engine to display the app background elegantly on most types of screens.

I launched my first version for Google testing two months ago, I was afraid it would fall apart once skilled testers tried it, and its weaknesses would start to show.

Now it's ready for daily use .. for anyone who wants to use it, students, travelers, office workers, and anyone dealing with documents, signs, packages, or text in images.

I invite everyone who hasn’t joined us yet to give it a try, then send feedback, leave a comment, write a review, or share their full experience with us

On Play Store it's easy to find, just search for "Smart Lens: AI OCR" it speaks your own language

And if you share the same need and passion. The door is open. "Smart Lens: AI OCR

Looking for advice on getting more visitors to my app store page

Hey everyone,

I just launched my app, and I’m trying to get more people to visit its app store page.

I’d really appreciate some advice from anyone who’s done this before — what actually worked for you?

How did you get more visitors to your app store page?

My first Smart Lens

It was my first attempt.. and the first try is always the hardest. But seeing it succeed right before my eyes has been the most rewarding part.

The idea wasn't revolutionary, but building an app with three integrated engines was no easy feat:

The first is an AI OCR, powered by 6 mathematical and logical filters.

The second is a dual-core translation engine.

The third is a visual engine, designed to keep the UI elegant across any screen size.

When we launched to production, we thought it might sink. But the truth is, it managed to take flight on users' phones.

I'd love for you to join this journey and share your experience. I'm genuinely interested in your feedback.

Hey guys,

I'm honored to be among my brothers.

I built an app with an OCR core that runs on 3 engines:

1. OCR engine: Built with six mathematics and logic filters.

2. Translation engine: Dual-core architecture.

3. Smart Background Overlay engine: Engineered for 7 and 10-inch screen adaptation.

It's published on the store now. I'm looking forward to your feedback, experience, and technical results.

For my app, competing with the giants was a dream.

So, as a solo dev, I combined programming intelligence with the rigor of mathematics.

I engineered a legendary OCR engine powered by 6 innovative filters to deliver maximum text extraction precision. It’s paired with a dual-core translation engine that I believe will never let you down.

On this structure, I built an elegant interface that respects your taste, accompanied by a polite assistant with a personality that matches your identity.

Start your experience, verify it, and let me know the result.

#Thank you to each one of you who intended to share your experience .. your opinion with me . I'm looking forward to your feedback.
