Using sleep buds with a baby?

Hello! I have misophonia and used to use things at night to block out my husband’s loud asf breathing and snoring. Since I had a baby I’m too afraid to use anything incase I can’t hear her crying. So I’ve had to kick my husband out of the room because I can’t cope lol. My question is, have anyone used the sleep buds with a baby and could you still hear them crying/fussing? Thanks in advance :)

I have a Stomach bug for the first time

Is there anything I need to do differently for stomach bugs after gallbladder removal? I know we’re supposed to eat small but frequent but I can’t eat anything so the bile is unbearable, would a heartburn tablet help? Because I’ve got really bad heartburn ontop of it all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Stomach bug

Any advice on how to survive a stomach bug with a 6 month old would be appreciated! She luckily doesn’t have the sickness (yet) like we do but she’s extra needy which is hard work when me and my husband are stuck to a toilet/bucket lol

Baby rash

Hello!
My baby had egg today and fell asleep (contact nap belly to belly) straight afterwards. When she woke up I changed her as I needed to go out and noticed a blotchy rash (no pimples or anything just blotches). Drs are closed today due to bank holiday and because I was in a rush I forgot to take a photo to phone tomorrow. So I thought I’d just take it when I come back home.

When I got back home about 2 hours later it had completely vanished. Now I thought if it was an allergy rash surely it would last longer than the two hour nap she had (wasn’t there before nap/egg). So now I’m wondering if it could’ve possibly been heat rash? Cause she was in a long sleeve and dress and it’s quite hot today. There was no rash on her face and she did get her food on her face so if it was a reaction wouldn’t she get a rash there too? I’m a ftm so it’s all a learning curve.

Does anyone have any advice/experiences regarding a reaction rash? Should I still phone drs tomorrow even though the rash is gone and I don’t have a photo to show them? Or should I try egg again and see if it happens again? My health visitor is on strike still so can’t ask for advice there.
Thanks in advance!

Terrified of anaphylaxis

Hello!
My baby is 6 months old today which means food time, yay! It should be yay, but I am absolutely terrified of introducing allergens. We live 30 minutes away from the hospital and can’t drive so it’s not like I can just take food down there to try outside, as I’ve heard it takes 3 tries of each food to fully test allergens. It would be unrealistic/financially impossible to travel by bus down there daily just to test food! I just don’t know what to do about this irrational fear of my baby trying allergens.

Any tips and tricks would be super helpful!

Hello! I was at a birthday party and I gave my almost 6 month baby a bit of cheesecake. I didn’t realise it had baileys in it until my uncle who made mentioned it, I feel terrible! She spat most of it out but she still might’ve ingested some. What should I do? Will she be okay? I’m in bits 😭

Hello! Since I was 6 months pregnant (baby is currently almost 6 months old so it’s been a year) my cat has been pooping outside of his litter box. Peeing Is fine he still goes in his box for that, it’s just pooping. I’ve tried so many different things;

-New litter boxes of different materials

-Different types of litter

-Different locations

-Health check with the vet’s

-Calming sprays/defusers

-Enzyme Sprays

-Puppy Training pads were he poops

-Putting his litter tray where he poops

-He currently has two boxes one he barley uses

I’m running out of ideas now. It wasn’t so bad in our old house because it was vinyl flooring, cleaning poop out of a carpet daily is a different story. It’s always by our passage/hallway door unless I put something there like a puppy pad, his litter tray etc then he purposely avoids it and just poops further up the passage/hallway.

I haven’t got money to see a behaviourist as we had an unwell dog and we have not long put him to sleep which took all my savings.

Any advice would be so appreciated.
