Update: Started 25mg pill today, I’m glad the kids last day of school is today and I WFH just in case 🤭. The pill size is huge compared to the others.

When I started 9mg I immediately felt the effects and for a few days stayed home as it cleansed me😂.

Follow-up with Dr. 05/18 and I’ve lost 15 pounds, A1-C improved from 6 in Feb to now 5.4 I’m happy about that.

BP is still a little elevated and I take 5mg Amlodipine for it and hoping to come off in the coming months.

My Achilles Tendonitis has improved a lot, ordered a treadmill and have started to walk more 😊. Lower back pain is gone.

My next follow-up is on 3 months, so I’ll be on 25 going forward and will update you all then. I hope I won’t have to many side effects, so far today 🤞🏽

Did I go too dark? Ceramic install 15% sides, quarter, and rear 50% windshield. Is it too dark? Install 1 day ago. The view outside is so clear and felt instant heat reduction inside car. I took off my shades while driving and noticed everyone had tint except for me 🤭
