Why Did Cloak & Dagger Not Sign the Sokovia Accords?

Cloak & Dagger are canon because they reference Karen Page and Ben Urich (from Daredevil). Why did they not sign the accords then? Cloak played a notable role in Civil War I in the comics.

Also why were they not in Infinity War?

Is it weird that I'm great with (most) Algebra and Polynomial Division, but am Lost when it comes to regular long division?

As a freshman heading into my sophomore year, of high school, and someone who loves math, I choose to learn it in my free/spare time on Khan Academy and personal textbooks. They've both covered polynomial division completely, but then when I look at 3rd and 4th grade math revolving around regular long division, I am lost. Part of this is because I never really covered it in school because of COVID-19, but what really confuses me is how I am able to understand Algebra 2 math without knowing the 4th grade level basics.

MCU Returning Characters

I know that the Defenders (Daredevil, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Jessica Jones) are going to return in Daredevil: Born Again, but around the same time when these character's shows were produced, also came Cloak & Dagger, Inhumans, and Runaways. Does anyone know if these characters will return?

The Woodcutter Block.

I find it very annoying that the crafting table doesn't craft slabs, stairs, doors, and fences into a 1:1 ratio like the stone cutter. I propose a new block called the wood cutter that will solve this problem for you. It will introduce a new villager profession: the Lumberjack. The Lumberjack will get the Fletcher's stick trade (I don't know what to replace for the Fletcher's trade), and buy various wood types and leaves and emeralds. The Lumberjack would sell saplings, enchanted axes, and enchanted shears.

Proof of Quadratic Formula

I know the quadratic formula, and is my 2nd-go-to method for quadratic equations (after completing the square), but I've never understood why it actually works?

Definition of a Trapezoid

This may sound a bit stupid, but what is the exact definition of a trapezoid? Is it a quadrilateral with EXACTLY one pair of parallel sides or aquadrilateral with AT LEAST one pair of parallel sides? My teacher says it's the first one, but my own textbook (Art of Problem Solving: Geometry) says it's the latter.
