Just curious if anyone has any cool places they don’t hear mentioned on here often they’re cool sharing. Of any types.

I’ve mostly gone to a few county fairs in California just never cared to go to Sacramento on its hottest days when a six flags is between us so I’d rather do that. I imagine most of the food is the same really. What about your states?

I see a lot of complaints about sit down places all being the same Sysco stuff and I don't think it applies to most of the places here outside of chains? Even pastries are mostly all great because of all the bakeries.

I hear michoacanas and potosi and I guess others but just wondering. My mom made red enchiladas with potato and chorizo and green ones with chicken or egg.
