the medical shifts schedule is killing its own people!!!

this is insane, TWO medical professionals died on the same week due to stress and exhaustion from their 24h shifts causing them both a heart attack, idk why doctors/nurses keep submitting to this cruel and unfair system, it’s inhumane for anyone to work for 24h straight (and multiple times per month too) and it’s dangerous for both doctors and patients, authorities need to do something about it why is everyone silent about this

what do they do to make the scenes THAT realistic

I’m a med student and I don’t usually watch medical shows so I don’t have an idea about the behind the scenes and the production that goes along this type of shows but I’ve heard about how realistic the show is so I went and finished the first season (very good btw), my question is how do they make the scenes so realistic? Im not talking about the examination and diagnosis parts I mean procedures like surgeries, intensive care, injections…they just seem TOO realistic I often forget it’s just acting.
for example the birthing scene, like I genuinely thought they invited a pregnant lady and were delivering her baby on camera or the trauma patient with maxillofacial fracture how did they get the bone to move like that inside his face???
I know this might be stupid but I’m really curious about it.

What’s with the kpop "gray mvs" epidemic?

for the past 2 years, it seems like every group and their mother is releasing the most desaturated mvs ever with some of the most pale color palettes I’ve seen in while and I dont really get why?
Like take as an example itzy’s recent cb “motto”, the song is fun, it’s upbeat, it’s bright, it’s a perfect summer song but the mv? many beautiful visuals and sceneries yet it doesn’t feel alive or as colorful as the song itself, it’s just so dull…
I don’t get this weird trend with releasing mvs that are 3 shades away from being black and white like what is going on with the current kpop visual direction ?

Eid El Adha…is it becoming an inconvenience?

for the last like 5 years, everytime “l’eid lekbir” comes we face the same problems, due to the high prices of sheeps ofc, I feel like we as a country are not even enjoying the eid’s vibes anymore without worrying about affording those odhiat. The eid is about 15 days from now and people I know are already taking loans and getting themselves into generational debts just to be able to buy one and at some point it got me thinking are we even enjoying this? like is that islam’s idea of عبادات? I’m pretty sure if the same issues were happening during prophet muhammad’s time he would’ve found a solution to make it easier for his people so why are we still putting ourselves in this neverending cycle?
I hope yall look at this objectively without getting offended, my issue is not with eid but with the high prices.

where did the idea of sophia being a “social climber” even come from?

I’m confused bc isn’t she the one with the least interactions with other celebs? also doesn’t she come from wealth even before katseye? like there’s nothing for her to climb she’s the wrong girl to drag here lmao
