Could someone point me on how to polish the hesalite. Do I have to cover the bezel and other areas with a masking tape before applying polywatch? And how do y'all clean the area between the bezel and the crystal?

Can someone point me to what the screws marked in the image exactly are.

The pre demonitisation yellow note has ஐந்நூறு whereas the older pre 2004 note has ஐநூறு‍‌‍‌. Which of these two is right and why?
