this is, of course, assuming he shares his uncles last name, which i find likely bc it sounds like his mom was a single mother so he probably has her name. i know there is no confirmation on his name but i am recreating the denton affair book and need to decide what name to put on the red labels. “Dr. Everett V. Scott” is how Dr. Scott is credited in the movie which would imply V stands for his middle name. but to me, “Von” sounds more like it’s part of his last name. what do you guys think?
i adore the song and would love to use it at my wedding someday. but i’m a lesbian and baby boy kinda ruins the song for that purpose :( so what if she made another version/2 more versions where instead she says “babydoll” for gender neutral and maybe even “baby girl” for one of them? just changing that one small thing a little bit could transform the song for me entirely. they could be the wedding remixes. idk if she’d want to do the girl one bc it will fuel rumors of her being queer, which is a whole other can of worms. but even something neutral would mean so much for so many people i think
